- Design quality marketing materials in the form of colored brochures of your home, property postcards for target markets, ad copy for media advertising– inclusive of internet sites, newspaper & magazine advertising
- Prepare a property book that details all property marketing information including the amenities & features of your property, schools you are zoned for, neighborhood & area information, Association information, financing & promotional incentives, i.e. everything a buyer would need to make a decision on purchasing or renting your property
- Place listings on all available Internet sites, such as, www.havilaplusestates.co.ke.
- Local media advertising
– Promotional flyers to other agents
– Design promotional Incentive programs
– Target market to certain demographics or lists
- Design Promotional Incentive Program
– Higher Buyer’s Agent commission as a sales incentive or sale bonus
– Promotional giveaways
- Make visual tour of property that will go on all sites and be given out on CD’s- upcoming
- Organize an office broker tour where you will have approximately 5 Havilaplus Estates agents viewing your property. Have a broker event for other offices
- Periodically have an open house
- Curb call– On your yard sign there will be a number to call to get information on your property, when they call their cell number is sent to our email so we can capture a prospective buyer
- Post property to property 24,Buy Rent Kenya, Facebook, Olx among other sites.
